People and teams generate results – not the plans or structure
Often, organizations seek to solve problems by making new plans and/or changing their structures and reporting lines. This creates a false sense of control. Plans and structures can be very helpful. But it is the behavior of the people – the way they collaborate, make decisions and solve problems that generates results.
